First time around when Luffy took down Croc BB offered to take the position of Shichibukai by presenting the marines with Ace. Also sometimes I think its weird he didnt just send them all to the Revos with Robin lol. Robin hasnt really had an easy life as a child she was left by her parents met one person friendly to her who was killed then.
