All Luffy has shown so far is that his Haki is on a similar level to Kaido and yet I have seen so many people stating that Luffy is now able to match 1v1 the other Yonkos. Luffys Busoshoku Haki has the potential to be strengthened as he has faced opponents with a stronger caliber of Haki than him such as Charlotte Cracker and Katakuri. The reason Luffy has a weakness against cutting attacks is that hes extending his limbs making them susceptible to being cut.
